Description

This coffee from Fazenda Juquinha has a distinctive and recognisable fruit characteristics, with a clean and sweet cup that is unusual for a Brazilian coffee. This coffee was dried on the patio until it reached 14% humidity and then it was finished in the mechanical dryer. This lot has tropical fruit characteristics, purple fruit, raspberry acidity and creamy body.
