This is a honey coffee fermented with lactic cultures. It is a blend of varieties commonly grown in the area. This lot is part of a series of experiments at Frinsa Estate with the producer Wildan Musatofa, his wife Atieq and son Fikri. Very tea-like and sweet with a super smooth mouthfeel. This microlot cupping score is 87.
