Marysabel Caballero and her husband, Moises Herrera, represent the third generation of coffee growers in the Caballero family. They are dedicated to upholding the rich tradition established by their family, who were pioneers in cultivating specialty coffee in the Marcala region of Honduras. With numerous small to medium-sized farms situated in Marcala’s Southeast, they prioritize sustainable farming and milling practices.

Their commitment to sustainability has not only led to environmental stewardship but has also resulted in remarkable success in producing high-quality coffees. Marysabel and Moises have played a key role in enhancing the reputation of Honduran coffee by consistently delivering exceptional products. Every aspect of their farm operations is meticulously documented, and they invest significant time and resources in acquiring new equipment and cultivating diverse coffee varieties to continually enhance the coffee’s quality.
