Description

Our Decaf is Brazilian Swiss Water, specifically decaffeinated with no chemicals. This is a well know method which allows the caffeine to be removed while the coffee is still in its green state. Retaining its flavour we roast this coffee medium to dark which produces a nice crema with a chocolate caramel finish.
